President of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorisation (Istituto Italiano per la Privacy e la Valorizzazione dei Dati), founded in 2008. Founding partner of the international law firm ICT Legal Consulting<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, with offices in Rome, Milan, Bologna, The Netherlands, Denmark, Croatia, Greece, Finland, Spain, France, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Suriname, Australia, Kenya, and partner law firms in more than sixty countries, and co-founder of ICTLC SpA<\/strong><\/span><\/a> and of the Italian cybersecurity firm ICT Cyber Consulting<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.
